Our delivery time depends on the product type and order quantity:

Standard Production Time: 3–7 working days

Installation is simple. Most assembly is completed before shipment. You only need to fix the turnstile with screws and connect the power and network cables. Detailed installation instructions and technical support are provided.

All YUNSHAO products are covered by a 3 year warranty.

During the warranty period, if any product defects occur under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement of the defective parts.

After the warranty period expires, we continue to provide lifetime after-sales service and technical support, including troubleshooting guidance and spare parts supply (cost-based).
